Let’s start with a bag of cookies. For the record we will using Brand named cookies. I for years ate off brand or knock - off brands. However, 2 years ago the knock - offs took a turn for the worst.

1st. - Grab your favorite bag of Cookies.

2nd - Favorite vessel for dunking or drinking

3rd - liquid of choice … as a chef the recommendations are MILK, not coffee (and I am a coffee roaster),, tea, almond, oat or plant based liquids

Key understanding are once a bag has been opened it must be finished. No exceptions ! Moving forward this CBNK Journey is about the Cookie to liquid ratio from OPEN bag to EMPTY bag. Feel free to move on if this journery you feel can’t be achieved.

Now nothing but the facts - average bag of cookies 11 To 13 ounces. Pint glass 16 ounces. It doesn’t matter if you bite & drink or full cookie & drink 2 pints per bag is the perfect ratio. Please note if watching a sitcom the bag will last much longer verses a suspense drama. If grandkids or wife is near this ratio will change or a second bag may be required for perfect milk to taste ratio. If using dunk method, do not use a pint glass, I repeat do not use a pint glass. Most will use a coffee mug. May I suggest a soup bowl. perfect vessel for this method. One word SPOON!. Soup spoon for the final soagy cookie on the bottom. Side note: milk to cookie ratio is the same.

CBNK journey on Potato Chips. Again nothing but the facts. A bag of chips huge decision for your sports crunch, late night snack & people stopping by. But bottom line once bag is open, it shall never have to be reopened..PERIOD ! A chip clip is never needed in the chip bag industry . I understand the crazy aunt may have gave you one as a gift or accendently left one on a recent visit.

First pick your chip, mine ridges & Jays. Next pick your dip, if done right it will be 2 pints. Myself 2 different flavors.

Next check your surroundings. There maybe others who feel it is a sharing bag.. Not true, if it was there would be a community table with scattered snacks. Likewise when visiting, be careful not to eat a chip, it will trigger your full bag senses.

If you are caught in the wild (garage sale or rummage sale etc) give them some sweet credit for trying to get rid of it. Chef note: if you have a chip currently in your home, I have heard it is fine to use as a hair clip. So iv’ve heard.
